The Zingies aren’t just about shiny trophies. In fact, none of the trophies are that shiny – they’re made out of some pretty basic everyday objects that best represent our values – but that’s not the point! The Zingies are about celebrating remarkable work, sharing what makes it so special, and inspiring the whole Spiral team to keep on pushing those boundaries.

The Ignite It! Award
for Design Excellence
How do you create something that’s both distinctive and perfectly on-brand? That was the challenge with this winning project, where we had to develop a design that fit within a group style whilst standing out in its own right. The result? A bold, versatile design that provided serious impact while staying true to the client’s identity. This award highlights how the power of great design can bring even the most challenging briefs to life.
Creative+Commercial Award
for Savvy Solutions
Winning new business is no mean feat – but our team made it happen when they secured an in-house agency support partnership with one of our current clients. By leveraging our deep experience in in-house agency work, the team delivered a pitch that was as compelling as it was effective. This award recognises their strategic thinking, and the value of building on what you already know, to deliver outstanding results.
Agility+Ability Award
for Overcoming Challenge
Logistics can make or break a project, as we almost discovered when tasked with delivering promotional items to the Canary Islands for a client’s conference. Sounds simple, right? Not so fast! Misinformation from the carrier and custom red tape threatened to derail the delivery. Thanks to quick thinking, persistence, and a lot of creative problem-solving, our team navigated the issue and ensured everything arrived in time – whilst becoming international shipping experts in the process.
The Zingies are a lot of fun – but they’re also about creating a culture of recognition, shared learning and ambition.
